1. Everything is very organized and well-coordinated. If there are any failures due to unforeseen circumstances, everything is sorted out as best as possible.
2. All wishes of customers are taken into account, and the nuances are negotiated in advance. This is a rarity among travel agencies, when when buying one thing, but in fact another. This has never happened here!
We went 3 times ourselves, and friends hooked up. Now only from Chas on Mandry across Ukraine and we will go!! It’s a pity that they don’t organize tours to other countries, and there aren’t any in Kyiv (.. but in general, well done and try! Thank you!)
