On 08/31/14 at 11:00 they had to fly to Montenegro for 7 nights by charter for a full package of services purchased at "Chic Travel", which was fully paid on 08/21/14.
On 08/30/14 at 21:00, the manager of the travel agency "Chic Travel" contacted us and informed us that the charter flight would not take place. Later it became known that the flight was postponed to 1.09.14 at 16:30, without the company offering to extend the tour (lost 1.5 days of vacation) and compensation for damages, as well as moral compensation.
On September 1, 2014, the flight did not take place at all. Everyone became aware of this directly at the airport.
At the same time, having called the office, it became known that the director of "Chic Travel" was on vacation abroad, and a girl was sitting in the office, who was not responsible for anything and could not explain anything intelligibly. She also said that she called the director and they promise to reimburse the cost of the tour. do not throw their tourists.
I managed to meet with the director only on 09/03/14 in the morning.
The director of "Chic Travel" refuses to return the money for the failed tour.
The only thing she tells us is:
