And at the same time, this hotel was positioned as 5 stars, but in my understanding, 5 stars are not swollen and fallen off walls in the rooms and corridors of the hotel, and the biggest negative from the Egyptian employees of the anex tour, they do not earn tips, they either brazenly deceive tourists, or just begging for money. I hope you consider my wishes, and perhaps help me plan my next vacation!
Елена, положительных моментов очень много, и один из наиболее значимых и приятных это общение с Вашими менеджерами. И в тоже время данный отель позиционировался как 5 звезд, но в моем понимании 5 звезд это не вздутые и отвалившиеся стенки в номерах и коридорах отеля, и самый большой негатив от египетских сотрудников анекс тура, они не зарабатывают чаевые, они либо туристов нагло обманывают, либо просто выпрашивают деньги. Надеюсь Вы рассмотрите мои пожелания, и возможно поможете спланировать мой последующий отдых!
