On the second day after arrival, it turned out that we had to move to another hotel, in terms of level, many times worse than where we lived. Moreover, our escort planned the move for the middle of the day, between two additional excursions, respectively, who did not want to go on an additional trip. excursions, at that time he had to either sit on the bus or catch up with him. Oddly enough, many tourists had their own plans for this time, which they had to postpone. We acted more simply, asked the escort to leave our things on the bus, and the guest cards at the reception so that we would have free time, which we were repeatedly announced. In fairness, it should be said that at the moment when we agreed on this with the escort, his name, by the way, is Sergey Burnusuz, he was drunk, because on the same day one of the drivers had a birthday. (And it was in such a drunken state that respected Sergey collected passports from tourists). As a result, we come to the hotel in the evening, and find out that Sergey took our guest cards and left, while he vividly and colorfully described both the staff and our fellow tourists so that we would look for him, call and ask us to settle, and he will decide, when he should arrive, and so he will "teach us a lesson" In the meantime, we, they say, will live in the hall. The reason for the anger of the escort was the fact that we were not present at the fact of the settlement, we did not bring our things, and he, the poor fellow, had to roll our suitcases himself. Our preliminary agreements on this subject, apparently, did not reach his consciousness.. Our attempts to get through were in vain, and we got into the room only after midnight, when our group returned and Sergey's wife gave us the cards, without explanation or apology. In general, if you describe the manner of communication with tourists of the representatives of Chocolate, it is sheer rudeness and drunkenness. It seemed that we came on a free tour, you can yell at us, for our own money, get nasty, just like that or even "teach a lesson", as in our case, as if we came to a penal colony, and not on vacation. I advise everyone to consider any options when traveling to St. Petersburg, except for Chocolate and Lena-Tour.
You are right about the escort. But yesterday I talked with the manager of Chocolate Elena, all her answers came down - we don’t want to know anything, complain anywhere. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority.
Насчет сопровождающего вы правы. Но вчера общалась с менеджером Шоколада Еленой, все ее ответы свелись - ничего знать не хотим, жалуйтесь куда угодно. Уже составила заявление в управление защиты прав потребителей.

Тоже ознакомилась с красотами лесов и масса впечатлений осталось от туалетов "под-кустиком". Причем до нас в этих местах побывало немало туристов и каждый оставил там свой "след" и "чистый кустик" не так просто было отыскать, не говоря уже о болотистой местности, крапиве и туч комаров :) что примечательно, обратно ехали другим автобусом с другими водителями и остановки были на АЗС. Так же первый день в Петербурге прошел как в тумане. В гостиницу заселились только к четырем часам. Уставшие, немытые, голодные до двух часов катались по Питеру - на два часа был зарезервирован обед. Спасибо, что утром на 40 минут завезли в супермаркет, где смогли хоть чуток умыться и купить что-нибудь поесть. Почему сразу сутра нельзя было заселить нас в гостиницу и дать те же 40 минут на то что бы мы привели себя в божеский вид - загадка...

Honestly, I didn’t soon I will decide to go somewhere by the Neoplan bus - it is inside - worse than our Laz, it is narrow, it shakes very much, it is catastrophically uncomfortable to sleep. But all tours of this kind are regarded as "budget", so there is no special comfort. The only sincere wish is to give tourists a rest and settle them immediately upon arrival in the city, and only then go to the survey. After all, we are people, plus we also take our children, but we really want their impression of the city not to be overshadowed by poor health after a difficult move and a desire to sleep.
видимо, очень много зависит от людей,которые сопровождают нас, потому как при всех аналогичных данных, у нас не осталось отвратительного впечатления от поездки, водители не хамили, были внимательны, старались сгладить физически неприятное состояние от тяжелого переезда.Я, честно говоря, не скоро решусь ехать куда-то автобусом "Неоплан" - он внутри - хуже нашего "Лаза", узко, очень качает, спать катастрофически неудобно. Но все туры подобного рода расцениваются как "бюджетные", поэтому комфорта особого и нет. Единственное искреннее пожелание - дать туристам отдохнуть и поселить их сразу по приезду в город, а уж потом ехать на обзорку. Мы все-таки люди, плюс еще и детей своих везем, а очень хочется, чтобы их впечатление о городе не омрачалось плохим самочувствием после тяжелого переезда и желанием спать.
