Bought a 6-day tour to St. Petersburg. We got a lot of impressions.

Briefly about the main thing:

1. Bus. Neoplan with added seats, due to which the distance between the seats is such that even short women could not fit their legs between the seats.

We came across seats on the first floor, which are usually not sold to tourists at all. Some of them do not even unfold (do not recline back), i.e. how to drive in this position for a day is not clear. Since many excursions are sightseeing (bus), there is practically nothing to be seen on the ground floor.

Drivers are a separate issue, two men are clearly not in themselves, one of whom constantly cursed, and the second got drunk just before leaving for St. Petersburg. By the way, the bus broke down on the way back, and judging by the reviews, this is quite a normal situation for Chocolate.

To go to the toilet (every 3-4 hours on the way), the driver stopped exclusively in the forest (it is worth noting that there are clouds of incredible mosquitoes in the Belarusian forests), and judging by the filthiness, more than one race of tourists has been there before us.

The drivers did not respond to the demands of the passengers to stop at the gas station. What is noteworthy - they drove back with a different composition of drivers, they stopped at normal gas stations with toilets and cafes.

2. Nutrition. Included in the price of the tour, but all 4 days we were fed exclusively with pasta. That is, the representatives of the company did not even ask about the menu, or they just don’t give a fuck ...

3. Accompanying the group Victor - a man on the principle of "my hut from the edge, I don't know anything." It seems that he was driving for the first time and he himself does not know anything - how the border is crossed, what to do in force majeure circumstances. You should not ask him for help - he will freeze. A man stupidly rides at the expense of the company in St. Petersburg and does nothing else.

4. Regarding the organization of excursions.

I can’t understand how, according to a travel agency, a person can ride a bus for a day without a toilet and without sleep, arrive in St. Petersburg at 8 in the morning and be on a sightseeing tour until two in the afternoon ?? Why can’t people be accommodated in a hotel upon arrival (although the official check-in is at 14, but since the operator pre-books rooms for 70 people on the tour, the rooms are empty in the morning, and you can check in much earlier - they found out). That is, instead of giving people a rest, putting themselves in order, finally washing themselves, we were told about Peter-1 and the beauty of St. Petersburg at 8 in the morning and on an empty stomach.

Idiots, damn it!
