I am leaving my review for the first time, because I really want to share my unforgettable impressions of the trip to St. Petersburg. I decided to go on my vacation to the beautiful city of St. Petersburg. We were hosted by the Lena-Tour travel agency. I was pleasantly surprised by the clear organization of the tour from the very beginning to the end of the trip. Of course, the trip on the bus is hard to bear, but many thanks to our drivers, who tried, as soon as possible, to smooth out the possible difficulties with a fairly long journey! Comfortable bus, air conditioning, tea, coffee, you can watch a movie! We arrived in St. Petersburg early in the morning, we were settled in the Vasileostrovskaya hotel. The hotel is good. Yes, this is not why I came to this city to evaluate hotels, I was eager to see everything that I had heard so much about. The city made an indelible impression. Our guide was Natalya Ivanovna! Excellent tour guide and person. She didn't let us get bored! Her stories contained not only historical information, but were also full of various interesting facts.. You can immediately see a person who loves his city and is interested in everything that happens in it! I'm satisfied with the trip! Many thanks!! And perhaps this fall, I will gather for the closing of the fountains in Peterhof, I was very intrigued, I will definitely use the services of this company!

In all I conclude that your messages are really the machinations of competitors. It is a pity that I wasted time on your invented claims and attempts to find out for myself what the essence of the problem is (I hope the guys from the "Giraffe Tour" noticed this before me and simply ignore you in the future.
Суть Вашей претензии к т/а неясна и, судя по Вашему последнему посту, выглядит абсолютно по-детски - "он плохой, просто плохой - я так хочу". По всему делаю вывод, что Ваши сообщения действительно происки конкурентов. Очень жаль, что потратила время на Ваши придуманные претензии и попытки для себя выяснить в чём суть проблемы( Надеюсь ребята с "Жираф Тура" заметили это раньше меня и просто Вас проигнорируют в дальнейшем.

And at the time of the consultation, the guy was talking on the phone with someone else at the same time .... The bottom line for me was that what kind of embassy or someone else didn’t make or documents or something like that ... And the fact that the people who ordered this tour, along the way, had to leave that day ... I’ll say with full confidence ... if I had not seen how this company treated this situation, then I would hardly have bought a tour from them ... But I saw sincere feelings for us ... i.e. for "tourists"... I don't know... whether this is your situation or not... but nevertheless, if I decide to go somewhere else, then I know for sure that through the "Giraffe Tour". And I sincerely wish you success!
Что могу сказать о данной ситуации... Вероятно, что не поверите, но всё же напишу... Я пришла в данную фирму тур оформлять... И в момент консультации парень параллельно ещё с кем-то разговаривал по телефону.... Суть для меня была такова, что какое или посольство или ещё кто не сделали или документы или что-то типа того... И то что люди заказавшие этот тур, по ходу, должны были в тот день выезжать... Вот скажу с полной уверенностью... если бы я не видела как эта фирма относилась к этой ситуации, то врядли бы я приобрела у них тур... Но я увидела искренние переживания за нас... т.е. за "туристов"... Не знаю... Ваша ли это ситуация или нет... но тем не менее если я решу поехать куда-либо ещё, то я точно знаю, что через "Жираф Тур". А Вам я вполне искренне желаю успехов!
