We decided to rest in Tallinn for the May holidays. Back in March, we turned to the travel agency HBS Travel LLC (acting general director A.A. Sorokin. We signed an agreement, and an agreement was signed on March 29, 2012 for issuing a visa to Estonia. Almost a whole month we they assured us that everything was in order, the tour would take place and the documents for the visa were safely handed in to the embassy. Imagine our surprise and indignation when on April 27, 2012 the travel agent called by phone and said, without explanation, that the tour was canceled, that the visa was not issued (as it turned out later, there was no refusal at the Embassy - the Agent simply did not issue it without submitting documents to the Embassy of Estonia). The travel agency did not apologize for disrupting our vacation, did not offer other options. And since then we have been unsuccessfully trying to return our money for a failed vacation, each time listening to the next promises: after May 14, after June 8.
I want to warn tourists from contacting this extremely unscrupulous travel agency.
