They sent a child and a grandmother with a group to Bulgaria. Through their own fault, they removed my grandmother on the border with Romania (disorder with documents).
The representative of the travel agency (Mstislav), despite the day off, quickly got involved in the process of solving a difficult situation and worked out various solutions by connecting acquaintances and connections in other regions.
The guys are great, they did not give up in a difficult situation and very quickly helped, even in small things.
