I chose the company based on a comparison of the results of communication with different travel agencies when choosing a tour. The tour was booked before the pandemic. The trip was canceled due to the ban on movement across the border. Payment for the tour hung, it was almost impossible to return the money. Managers were qualified to explain the situation, suggested ways out of the current situation. Measures were taken to save money on the operator's deposit and to delay the booking of the tour for a long time. When the opportunity presented itself, the optimal tour was selected. I am completely satisfied with the work of the manager Olga. In the future I will be glad to use the services of Estet-Tour again.
