I hope my review will change at least something in the work and organization of the rest of this company ...
I travel a lot, so I have seen and stayed in different cities and hotels, but I have never seen such rudeness.
It all started with the fact that we won that trip !!!!))), the condition of the gift was a free trip for 2x around Ukraine for 4 days.
The height of winter, there is snow, we ski-boarders, so we chose the Carpathians.
Well, I thought, "a gift horse ..." and went to Bukovel, with accommodation in the hotel "Meridian" in the village of Yasinya.
Transfer back and forth by bus, inconvenient, of course, but tolerable.
We were settled in different hotels in Yasiny, and how we got to Meridian, I honestly don’t remember exactly ... maybe they chose her back in Kyiv, signing the contract.
The first impression of Meridian was simple and budget friendly, nothing bad was noticed.
There is a cafe on the ground floor of the building, where guests are also fed, by the way, the food and the menu are quite decent.
I remember this place from the time of hiking in the Carpathians))
We skated well, there was enough snow.
On the last day, i.e. the day of departure, after 4 hours of skiing, they came to the room to collect things and take a shower before the road. The door to the room was not locked ... which, in fact, became, as I think, the cause of all conflicts. While my friend was in the shower, I was packing my backpack. And at that moment, a cleaning lady breaks in with buckets and rags, saying: "That's it! Get out of the room! I need to clean up after you!" And he starts, in the literal sense of the word, throwing unassembled things from the sofa to the floor. At this moment, my girlfriend comes out of the shower, and our "guest", taking advantage of the moment, closes the door to the bathroom and starts washing and scrubbing something there ... Assessing the complete inadequacy of the cleaning lady, we called Yulia (team leader from Etnotour) and asked find out and settle this moment with the hotel administration.
Moreover, in the description of the tour, it was noted that "the eviction from the rooms was paid later."
15 minutes have passed, but nothing has changed. Communication with the cleaning lady was reduced to one of her phrases, which she repeated 20 times: "I don't know anything, I was told to clean up, sing for Glory!"
Communication with Slava (the owner of the hotel), whom we met on the street when we already went out for dinner, did not change anything, except for his words: "Well, you must excuse her" (i.e., the cleaning lady)
Yulia did not decide anything in this situation either, and in my opinion she did not even try. I got the impression that both Yulia and Slava were absolutely indifferent to what was happening there. And as the host, which must comply with the prescribed conditions of the tour and prevent such situations, they did nothing! and didn't even apologize.
As it turned out, in fact, when we returned, our things were put out of the room into the corridor and a new guest was already reclining on the sofa in the room - a naked man in shorts, the next guest.
And the cleaning lady was already cleaning in the next room....
In general, with a negative aftertaste from such rudeness in the hotel and the complete inactivity of the representative of the travel agency, we got on the bus and returned to Kyiv.
One gets the impression, Edik, that either you have confused us with someone, or you have very contradictory and implausible information about that situation.
What kind of dismissive behavior on our part towards your employees has been observed? As far as I remember, the bus was open throughout the day, and any of the tourists, both adults and children, could be in it. And we did not leave our child on the bus for the whole day, that's for sure.
As for the food - we did not wash anyone, an absolute lie.
Складывается впечатление,Эдик,что либо вы нас с кем-то перепутали,либо у вас очень противоречивые и неправдоподобные сведения о той ситуации.
Какое пренебрежительное поведение с нашей стороны по отношению к вашим сотрудникам было замечено? Насколько я помню,автобус на протяжении дня был открыт,и находится мог в нем любой из туристов,как взрослый,так и ребенок.И своего ребенка мы не оставляли в автобусе на целый день,это уж точно.
По поводу еды - никого мы не вымытывали,абсолютная ложь.

The whole situation really happened as described by me, and not as it was told to you. And even more so, we did not communicate with anyone on any "slang".
I get the impression that your information is completely "turned inside out". It is a pity that our travel agencies rarely admit their incorrect attitude towards their tourists.
В день отъезда никто,ни директор гостиницы,ни ваш представитель к нам не подходил и ни о чем подобном не просил.Это факт. Вся ситуация действительно произошла так как описанно мной,а не так как ее рассказали вам.И уж тем более ни на каком "слэнге" мы ни с кем не общались.
У меня складывается впечатление,что у вас информация полностью "вывернутая наизнанку". Жаль,что наши турфирмы,мало когда признают свое некорректное отношение к своим туристам.

We are made aware of these incidents by partners, team leaders and staff involved in working with the group. Our information was presented in just such a motivational kurtosis. Unfortunately, it is quite difficult to restore the truth after a while, but in this tour both the head and the director of the hotel were marked by internal penalties, “without discrimination” at that time.
Нам очень жаль, что информация о данной ситуации кардинально расходится. Нас ставят в известность о данных происшествиях партнеры, руководители групп и персонал, задействованный в работе с группой. Наша информация была представлена именно в такой мотивации эксцесса. К сожалению, восстановить истину спустя время достаточно тяжело, но в данном туре и руководитель и директор отеля были отмечены внутренними штрафными санкциями, «без разберательст» на тот момент.
Travel agencies admit their mistakes and work with their staff and nuances on tours, sorry that this is not happening publicly using the "guillotine".
Турфирмы признают свои ошибки и работают со своим персоналом и нюансами по турам, извините, что это происходит не публично с использованием «гильотины».
Somehow you take it literally. Nobody wanted your guillotine. The review was written in order to draw your company's attention to the choice of hotels and actions, or rather inaction, of your employees in non-standard situations.
We are also sincerely sorry that the information about the incident is radically different. From which, I think, both you and our project have drawn certain conclusions for yourself.

Как-то вы буквально воспринимаете описанное. Никому ваша гильотина не нужна была. Отзыв писался для того чтобы обратить внимание вашей фирмы к выбору гостиниц и действиям,вернее бездействием,ваших сотрудников в нестандартных ситуациях.
Нам тоже искренне жаль,что информация об инциденте кардинально разная. Из чего,я думаю,и вы, и наш проект,сделали определенные для себя выводы.
