Terrible service of the travel agency 'Yasna Tour'! Read and understand why!

Hello, I want to leave a review about the travel agency "Yasna Tour". We bought tickets for the Donetsk-Simferopol bus (16.07) and back (01.08). I'll start with the good, we get there just fine! Many thanks to the driver of flight 8033 on 16.07-17. 07! Thanks to him, we did not stand in line for a long time, but arrived very quickly and got on the nearest ferry. We liked everything, so we decided to book a place and return. How we later regretted it! Our flight 2123 Yalta-Donetsk was supposed to be 01.08 at 8 pm, we confirmed our reservation 3 times. The day before the flight, we were told that the time had changed and the bus leaves at 6, but it is very comfortable, a two-story Neoplan. We were even delighted, although we had to change tickets, because they changed the time. In general, we got to Simferopol and waited for our "wonderful" bus. The first thing we encountered was the lack of space in the luggage compartment! And where, you ask, put our suitcase? To the toilet! Second and most unpleasant, there were no "reserved" places! We were told to put your luggage where you want and take empty seats.. Have you completely gone nuts? Is this your service? As a result, my mother and I sat in our seats, far apart and, of course, far from the window. But right under the hatch, from which it blew terribly. Bottom line, I got sick. Thank you very much! We ate withstood this trip! And all because you decided to fill an already full bus and postponed our flight. The bus was already stopping and picking up people to Simferopol, so we were obviously superfluous there! I haven't seen such rudeness in a long time! Be thankful I didn't say all this to your guide on the trip itself, because my nerves were on edge! Bottom line, I will never use your services again! Thanks for attention.
