WARNING - excursions in Egypt from TezTour

I vacationed in Egypt, in Hurghada in April 2012. I bought several excursions from the Tez Tour guide at the hotel, having heard his stories that only Tez Tour is guaranteed to be safe, and that in no case should you contact local travel agencies. I knew that I was overpaying, but I thought that peace was more expensive. As a result, I was very unpleasantly surprised by the low quality of the services provided! Not only do the guides on the tours, to put it mildly, speak little Russian, they are also very inattentive. Tourists on the bus when moving between waypoints are not even counted! They just ask - is everything in place - and go on. Given the fact that people on buses from different hotels, the absence of someone may simply not be noticed. So during an excursion to Luxor near the Karnak complex, a married couple almost left our bus. And they JUST FORGOT me at one of the points of the sightseeing tour of Hurghada.

The bus left without me. After two calls to the hotline and 30 min. hassle and waiting, the bus returned after me, but it is difficult to call the remaining impressions pleasant. And the girl who communicated with me on the hotline did not even consider it necessary to apologize, she, in her own words, considered it enough that the bus would return for me! All I can say is that it's good that I was thrown in Hurghada, and not in Luxor, 300 km away. from hotel.
