We purchased a last-minute ticket to Egypt from this travel agency. The tour was chosen by ourselves on the Internet, booked online by the phone number indicated on the site. The work of operators on the phone is beyond praise, they clearly accepted the order, sent an order confirmation to the e-mail. During the day, the hotel was confirmed, which was immediately called back by the contact phone number and duplicated by a letter to e-mail. A day later, a courier arrived, brought a contract, vouchers, an extract from plane tickets (electronic). He gave a credit note and a business card where and to whom to call, in case of questions. Everything !!!
In Egypt, they met me, put me on a bus, and brought me to a hotel. Everything is ok!
We do not make any claims to the hotel operator, we chose it ourselves (the advice of friends 3 years ago)
But the work on the design of the tour - 5 with a huge plus!!!
