We would like to note the disgusting work of the guides Ekaterina and especially Daria. Ekaterina's advice regarding restaurants, beaches, shops did not correspond to reality and showed her incompetence. But the top of incompetence was shown by Daria, who was unable to organize a timely transfer to the airport (02.01.2012). At 6 am we were forced to leave the hotel and go to the main road with suitcases for 15 minutes. We waited 45 minutes for the bus on a dirty road. But in the end, a mini-bus passed our hotel ((((!!!!! Question: why did you have to drive tourists out of the hotel in the early morning?
When the bus drove up to us, Daria did not even say hello and did not apologize, but with her whole appearance she showed how tired she was of tourists and all this work! Horror!!!! Workers like this need to be fired!! It is rightly said that the most negligent guides are sent to Goa!!!
