Let's start with the positive aspects of the work of Pegasus:
1) Convenient service for buying a tour through the Internet.
2) During my vacation, I took 4 excursions from Pegasus, all the excursions went smoothly without delay, only on one excursion it was not very rational to make a route for collecting tourists from hotels and I had to ride for 2.5 hours.
1) I paid for HB food, as a result, it turned out that the hotel only serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, in principle, are not available in hotels. The hotel guide gave the Moscow phone number where to call in Moscow and clarify the situation. In addition to endless music, I did not hear anything on the phone. Then I called the phone from the Pegasus website, they picked up the phone and said that today the 29th accounting department began to celebrate and generally go on New Year's holidays, contact me upon arrival in Moscow.
Upon arrival, I called again - they redirected me from one number to another, as a result, one of the employees said that the claim should be written to [email protected]. Which I did on 01/09/2013 since then no response or greetings from Pegasus.
The most interesting thing about this hotel on the Pegas website is that you can still buy a tour with HB meals. Pegasus, of course, keeps the difference. In a word, Pegasus is engaged in fraud, selling services that he knows that will not be provided.
2) The hotel guide did not notify me in any way that the flight was rescheduled and I had to leave the hotel at 3 am. Returning from the tour at 22-30 and not seeing any information about the departure for tomorrow at the stand, I called the hotel guide - Natalya did not pick up the phone, then I called her manager, since such information was on the stand and so I just found out that they would pick me up at 3 am And I need to start packing my bags now.
After some time, the hotel guide Natalya calls back and brazenly lies to me that she notified me and even informed me that due to the early departure, I should grab a lunch box. And how interesting was I to learn the power of telepathy? No one called, there was no information on the stand.
3) It was supposed to fly to Thailand on December 27, 2012 by Orenburg Airlines charter, as a result, the flight was delayed for over 8 hours, respectively, in fact, they flew out only on December 28, 2012
