The tour did not manage to be bought for 7 (!) days of negotiations with the manager Natalia and her assistant.
The "firm" does not provide complete information about the tour, is not competent in the list of documents for a visa. Always promised to clarify and call back. BUT for a WEEK they never called us back!
And they denied, they say, "a lot of clients" (I hope this is temporary).
They led by the nose, promising to send us on a trip, and when we finally received the full information requested, we were informed that there were no more places.
This is the first time I've seen such disgusting customer service.
