The first hotel in Ya Trang was at the very end of a dirty cul-de-sac. I bought with a sea view, but it turned out that the sea is visible only from the 12th floor, and I had the sixth, so I looked at the neighboring building. But it turned out to be heaven. I went to hell when I moved to Phan Thiet five days later. The Sky star hotel is located 8 km from the city in a completely ruined area. Around the abandoned houses of the Vietnamese and out of 30 hotels only two are working, the rest have collapsed, in some places signs have been preserved. The nearest settlement is a 30-minute walk, it is not even possible to buy fruit. And the prices the firm appoints very much even decent. Here, even on the beach, it is dangerous, it is dirty and not equipped, and the company is well aware of this and does nothing. In other words, Pegas Touristik is a company that does not bear any responsibility for a ruined vacation, a disgrace. People have been writing negative reviews for several years, there is not a single positive one, and at least the grass does not grow for the company.

Their employees should be sent here on vacation, let them know how to mock people.
