I would like to warn everyone against purchasing tours from Tour Operator PAK GROUP LLC in conjunction with Tour Operator TRAVELKHEB LLC. My tour to China, from May 6, 2026, to May 17, 2026, was completely ruined due to the negligence of the staff and the appalling organization. The negligence during departure was also evident: the tour operator's manager failed to remind me about the mandatory Q-code upon departure to China, a basic security and control requirement in the country, which caused me immense stress at the airport. The tour was sold to the 4-star Hawaii Hotel Sanya 4* Single. In reality, the quality of the rooms and the level of service were unacceptable for the level advertised. My guide completely failed to fulfill his duties. When I contacted the travel agent, they didn't even apologize and showed complete indifference. The operator included a free sightseeing tour, diagnostic tests, and a visit to a medical center in the contract. In practice, "free" in their interpretation means "not mandatory." The bottom line: The tour operator doesn't care about its clients at all, the organization is zero, and there is no on-site support.. Upon arrival and written request, they were right on all counts, and the replies were formal. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.
