It is hard to imagine more unprofessional, illiterate, irresponsible operators!
We bought a ferry tour for a large team, a complete package. They took the money, except for the contract they did not provide ANYTHING. An employee tried to print the information sheet for 40 minutes, then said that "..we have bad energy, the computer is frozen." The day before departure, we did not even have information about who our tour operator was. Phone calls are not being fulfilled. Treating customers like idiots, boorish and ignorant.
With such an organization of work, it makes sense to appoint inspections and deprive licenses.
