We contacted this travel agency to buy a shopping tour to Italy.
it all started with the fact that we were incorrectly named the documents that are necessary for a visa. no one reacted to my arguments that there were other documents before, I, having decided that perhaps the list had changed or that other documents were needed in this country, brought everything I needed, paid for the ticket and waited for the confirmation of the hotel.
the next day the hotel was not confirmed - there are no claims to the agent, because. happens like that. we began to choose another hotel, but at that time the manager Ekaterina Gevorgiz (aka Borisova) removed our reservation from tickets, which were almost the last ones .... she could not advise us on any hotel, then she nevertheless contacted the tour operator and it turned out that other documents are needed !!! moreover, the error was not in one document, which she accepted. Well, I had to bring it back.
then we booked a hotel for breakfast / dinner, we originally wanted it, but because
our hotel was not confirmed, then we ordered only breakfast in another. the time was towards the end of the working day, Ekaterina told us the price with dinner, considering to recalculate the amount for breakfast in the morning. and the next day - attention - it turned out that the price with breakfast is the same as with dinner .... that's it. The documents were supposed to be given to us on Friday before 19:00, as a result, they were given to us at 20:30 in the evening, and we were to fly out the next morning. not only did we change the airport, the time of departure (we lost almost a day). to all my indignation, Ekaterina advised me to "shut your mouth, if you don't want to, don't fly - it's your business, the tour is paid" and switched to personal insults. Moreover, during our "communication" Ekaterina called only once - to say that the hotel was not confirmed, then we had to find out the fate of our tour ourselves from the tour operator. They would have refused immediately, but there was little time and the tour was paid immediately 100%.
