For a long time I did not go through a travel agency and apparently I will not go again.
Previously, I went through this company a couple of times, I was satisfied, but this time the vacation was overshadowed before it even started.
I bought and paid for the tour in full in the first half of November 2017. The tour itself took place on January 2-9, 2018. The tour program and insurance were sent on December 29, they promised to send tickets 100% on December 30. They never sent it, they explained it by problems with the server over the phone, although with modern technology it was possible to send a screen of tickets, etc. And about hotel vouchers, they generally told me that they are not required, i.e. I also didn't have confirmation of hotels. Thus, the New Year was spoiled by some doubts whether I would be able to fly. Everything turned out to be in order with this (of course, in the absence of a reservation number, I did not have the opportunity to register in advance).
Upon arrival, the host issued documents for the hotel and the tour program, which by the way differed from what was given to me in Moscow. On this point, there would be no complaints if we had not been taken to Fatima twice, believe me, I would have found something to do instead of a second fleeting check-in and inspecting only the square and the church. In addition to the documents for the hotel, I was given an information letter stating that the DSBW company paid for the hotels and the excursion program only until January 4, and if they do not pay the surcharge on time, I will have to pay for the tour again. I wrote about all this to the manager Elena Fomicheva, but there was no answer. Other tourists wrote and called, as a result, our tours were paid for, but these 3 days passed like pins and needles. I could not get full pleasure from what I saw and heard during these days, because. all the time there was a threat of re-payment for an expensive tour.
The next comment is regarding the work of the host Luisitana Sol. The question for them is - why do they deliberately put their guests in a difficult position, would they refuse to accept us even before the new year, I'm sure DSBW would immediately pay for everything.
The second remark about the work of the guide Klimova Elena is a hysterical person, she checks the lists before boarding the bus somehow, for some reason she does not find my last name, although it was on the first page, only after I returned to her with another guide, she immediately found me. Openly gets "favorites" and takes them the best places on the bus. He answers any question with anything, just to get rid of it. When asked to purchase an audio guide, the answer was “we don’t have enough ourselves”, but for some reason the other guide had everything in stock and with a margin, which we took advantage of.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the work of DSBW and I do not recommend the services of this company to anyone.
