Essential errors are constantly made in the text of the contract (either the wrong price was indicated, or the wrong hotel was prescribed, etc.)
The host country treats tourists indifferently. The transfer to the airport upon departure was as follows: I brought the group, silently led me into the hall, waved my hand in the direction of the registration desk and left, while the actual registration was in another place. They could not organize a paid excursion to the Louvre, but most likely they did not want to. have a bunch of contractors and subcontractors. There are not enough tour guides. In short, what a mess!
