Good day. We went to Italy from 05/12/2012 to 05/19/2012 under the "City of Arts" program. The start of the tour was quite satisfactory, the meeting and accommodation was at first arranged. However, the further we moved along the route, the more surprises we received. The attitude of the Escort (Irina K. from Novosibirsk. Tall, illiterate and unlabored BLONDE) was getting worse every day, as well as all types of services provided by the company.

The first surprise awaited us on the second day in Rome. The promised half-board did not even look like a feeder in the factory canteen, but a feeder in a barn. Not only did the menu never go beyond fried potatoes with meat - soles, but our "caring" Blonde never reacted to requests to change the menu. In general, after dinner they got up and went to dinner.

After such a traditional for our low-quality hotels "continental breakfast" at 11 am, we all wanted to eat, because you can't really eat porridge from an ax. The attendants did not fail to take advantage of this situation and offered us a bite to eat at the gas station, from which they received discounts and bonuses for themselves. The same was true of the shops that the escort brought us to.

The second surprise was the unexpectedly high additional cost of excursions and hotel nights, the question of which in Moscow was ignored by the travel agency.

Thirdly, we were extorted voluntarily-compulsory tips for the driver for 2 euros per person for each day. This is taking into account the fact that the driver was too lazy to take tourists to the hotel for about a kilometer.

I would like to express my gratitude only to the guides who conducted the tours. Very interesting and informative.

If you have to deal with this tour operator, I recommend asking about the approximate amount of additional costs in advance.
