I have not seen such a disgusting organization of the work of managers for a long time. Turning to the office on Kirochnaya, I discussed all issues with a certain Olesya. Having made an advance payment, we agreed that I would provide all the documents for a visa to Spain within a certain period of time. Having called the day before, I found out that Olesya was no longer in this office. In the future, she had the "pleasure" to communicate with Alina Frank. She repeatedly asked how the consent to the export of minors should be drawn up. It was said that the consent I had was appropriate. The fact that it does not fit, it turned out for 12! days before departure. I will not say how many nerves it cost. Fortunately, we received a visa. But my ordeals did not end there. 2 days before the departure, I called to find out when I could receive the documents. I was told that the departure is at 4.25 am and the documents can be received either 2 days in advance or the day before the departure at 1 noon. They promised to call. I called myself on the day of departure after lunch.

Now it has already been said that the documents will be after 17! In short, for the whole day they never bothered to call me, I systematically called myself. At 19.30!!! Ms. Frank told me that the tour operator would bring the documents to the airport. This is the "common" practice. Those. I couldn't be told about it until the evening. Prior to this, this wonderful manager fooled me with stories that "the tour operator writes out tickets." This nonsense is very interesting to hear in the era of electronic tickets less than 12 hours before departure. If you think that someone in the office apologized to me, haha! I was also shamed for my nervous reaction. But this is not the end. At home, on the Internet, I found out that the time of departure to Mallorca indicated in the piece of paper given to me at the office was not at all. My condition is difficult to describe. Late in the evening, the suitcases are packed, and when we fly with 2 children and whether we fly at all, it is not known!

In short, having phoned the tour operator (not with Solaris, but on the round-the-clock phone of Intourist) at 23.00, we managed to find out that the departure was 3 hours later and we are on the lists. All night, of course, I did not sleep. If everything I have described is called professional work as a manager, then I have nothing to say. No more foot in Solaris. There is neither time nor energy for disassembly. We have been traveling with children for many years, but I don’t remember such a nightmare. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this store.
