Already when boarding the bus, it turned out that another company would be engaged in transportation and accommodation, Odyssey (Rostov-on-Don), whose representative (who refused to give her name and surname, but stated that

is the general director of the Odyssey travel agency) did everything to not only spoil the mood of all travelers with her boorish behavior and complete disregard for her direct duties, but, on the way back, after she began to be asked "uncomfortable" questions regarding her professional duties, she decided PUNISH me by calling a pack of bandits by phone to the place of arrival of the bus, obviously "protecting" this rotten office from one "gen.

I would never have believed that everything that happened later happened now, and not in the 90s, if it had not happened to me. After the bus stopped, I, like other tourists, began to take out bags with things and snowboards from the side trunks of the bus, when pushing the tourists apart and pulling me by the bag with things, two strong guys squeezed me, offering to "step aside to talk", to which I , mistaking them for intrusive private taxi drivers, replied that, they say, help pick up a package with snowboards, turned away from them, reaching for the rest of the things that were in the luggage compartment of the bus.

The fight ended when I, throwing my "human shield" away from me, sat down in the side luggage compartment of the bus, providing myself with protection from the attackers from all but one side, after which the bandits retreated.

Later, one of the tourists told me that he had heard the "CEO" accompanying the group tour.

Odyssey called someone on the bus giving my description.

After my wife, who has a different surname than mine, approached her, saying that she wouldn’t get off so easily, she said that she would file a complaint against my wife with the police, as if she were a drug addict !!! This is for a young woman who has TWO young children of toddler age, and with the first child we rested in the Elbrus region when he was 6.5 months old !!!

It is not surprising that there are massacres like in Kushchevskaya, if someone from the power structures is probably the roof of such travel agencies, which is why some of their representatives feel complete impunity as in the 90s.
