Once again from 03.01. on 01/15/14, he rested in his beloved Thailand. But this time I was not lucky with the tour. operator. Rested under the patronage of "BIBLIO GLOBUS". I have never met a more vile, disgusting, cynical and irresponsible “office”, although I have been riding for a long time and with many tours. operators. “This monster” lives (mind you, it lives, not works) according to “concepts”:

1. Divorce your tourists for money like "rabbits".

2. A tourist always owes something and is responsible for everything himself.

3. Himself to blame (read - the fool himself).

4. Deceive your neighbor and rejoice.

I called this company "Rabbit Farm" for breeding rabbit tourists for money, while doing nothing and not being responsible for anything.

Meeting at the airport is not organized at all, there is no information about the collection point. I ran around the terminal shouting “we are not local people, help me”, until the good “Samaritans” took me to the collection point. Others have a tour.

professional operators, beacons with signs are placed throughout the terminal. They drove us under the stairs, tried to line us up in some kind of queue, then turned us around 180 degrees and herded us like a herd of sheep to board the buses. But we are not sheep, and flew to Thailand to rest, and not to graze on its "alpine" meadows.

A hotel guide is a song. An unprincipled, arrogant, greedy, irresponsible, with an admixture of rudeness type, named either Farhad, or Forsage, or Farid, well, something like that. For six hours, when making excursions, he carried some nonsense that his “farm” is the best realtor for selling real estate, medical care (massage) for rabbit tourists, while the price is ten times higher than Thai (the cost of one massage session is 5- 6 thousand baht, while the local price of a massage in the salons is 300 baht). Even in St. Petersburg there is no such "cosmic" price.

The arguments are classics: “they make shawarma in local massage parlors, after which they massage with dirty hands, the staff are not trained amateurs,” etc. This is complete nonsense. Those who have been to Thailand and had a massage there know that the salons are clean, disposable underwear, light music, air conditioning, the staff is trained, and they have all the necessary licenses and permits. Intelligent, decent and educated people do not allow themselves to throw mud at others in order to look beautiful against their background. To insult others unreasonably is, first of all, to humiliate yourself. Apparently, unfortunate specialists and the management of the "farm" do not know this, because. this "concept" does not fit into their concept. I made a remark to the guide that he was lying, and was immediately cut off in a boorish way and severely punished: the next day I was not taken on an excursion that was paid twice, although I was in a hotel. Once paid as part of the tour, as "free", the second time - to the guide at the hotel.

To my request to return the money or conduct a tour - the answer is childish: "for two weeks there was no place on the buses." The money was not returned, because they tend to stick tightly to playful hands. The policy of the company's management: they not only leave tourists in hotels, but also leave them to the mercy of fate during the tour. They absolutely do not care what will happen to the abandoned ward tourists. This speaks volumes. I, as a middle manager, dismiss such “specialists” without working off and without severance pay for unsuitability. Keeping them in your team is not respecting yourself and dropping your authority “below the plinth”.

Information about the time of departure for excursions was posted on the stand in the hotel after 22:00, for evening excursions - one hour before departure. If I don’t spend the night in a hotel and don’t see an ad, the accepted “concepts” come into force: you must, and if you didn’t have time, then you yourself are a fool.

The information stands are nondescript, (you won't see it right away), they constantly move around the hotel lobby (you have to look forever), the information is in English. But I'm from Russia (where is English, and where am I). When asked to write in Russian, the answer is discouraging: “The program does not allow this,” while the announcements are written by hand. The question of the translator and the replacement of the program is not even considered.

During excursions, guides prefer to put on movie discs, sleep in their chairs and say nothing about Thailand, although it is an interesting and diverse country. Questions from tourists annoy them because they interfere with their sleep during their work. I can watch feature films at home with great comfort.

Excursion to the River Kwai. Even this tour was ruined. They served a technically faulty bus, which I called the "vibration stand". All the way, something was knocking somewhere, ringing, bryakolo, crunching, vibration all the way.

When trying to put the little head on the back of the chair, she (the little head) began to jump like a ping-pong ball, her teeth clattered, etc. Looking out the window and at the same time vibrating in unison with the bus, I dreamed of one thing: to put all the management of the company on this bus and send them to hell in the middle of nowhere so that these organizers would not spoil the rest, mood and air.

Three phone numbers are given: hotline, quality control and director. The hotline does nothing. Quality control offers to write comments to them, which are not even considered. There has been no response to the claim to date. The director's phone is virtual: he called for several days, changed the hours of calls, no one thought to answer. Apparently, the phone is given for pro forma. The “complaints” section on the BIBLIO GLOBUS website (WWW. bgoperator.ru) is also virtual. It is impossible to open. Since 2006, only one complaint of some unfortunate person has been registered.

As the great Stanislavsky used to say: “I DO NOT BELIEVE”, that for all this time no one has filed claims ..

My advice to all who are going on vacation: never "lay down" under the tour operator "BIBLIO GLOBUS" and similar firms, because you will definitely be "raped" in a perverted form and thrown into the backyard of history, and do not be "rabbits".

I cannot wish the head of "BIBLIO-GLOBUS" a good night in the form of "sleep well, dear comrade" because he (the head) must spin like a propeller in his bed from remorse. But he was born without this feeling, and throughout his happy life he never raised it. I will say simply: be healthy, live richly at our expense and do not deny yourself, your beloved, anything.
