Terrible agency! I've never seen such an attitude! They paid the money, somehow went, and you are not interesting! Now I understand that not only in the Nizhnevartovsk branch there is such an attitude. Tired of waiting for the branch to return at least some part of the money for the tour to one person out of 3 (2 months have passed since they returned from the trip), I started calling Moscow. Operators, managers for the third week promise that they will call me and solve the problem. Nothing! All-round defense to the client department and to the management! Of course, a negative review on the 1001 tour website did not appear. I'm shocked!
We learned about 1001 tours on the Internet. After the trip, they never called. They themselves found out before leaving on the airport website that the departure time of the plane had changed! They didn’t give me an e-ticket to use the free shuttle from terminal A to B. We froze while waiting for the minibus and lost an hour during rush hour. 2 days before departure, they announced that my husband was denied a visa.
To say it was a shock is an understatement! And now they don't even want to return some of the money!
