AND ATTENTION: they usually ask for at least 30-40% immediately for the reservation, at that time I had only 2800 rubles. ok they said and concluded a booking agreement, in principle, a common thing, and if anything, the money will be returned to me. But as it turned out, if the tour was not confirmed, it turned out later. a day, the company withholds 5% of the total cost of the tour - they are somehow silent about this. Yes, it is written in the contract, but they deliberately hold people for a long time so that they sign the documents almost without looking. and no one talks about it.

And most importantly, they tell everyone at once, they call, in front of me, many people called like that.

so that everyone leaves money in advance, and if anything, they will return it! and do not return. Very poor quality service. The firm aims to enrich itself with the help of such non-returns and brazen deceit! I had several scandals of this kind. But unfortunately, I did not listen to my inner voice then.
