We went on a tour of Kotka-Hamina for 2 days from 24.09 to 25.09.2011.
Many thanks to our guide Vera Lesish, for a long time we did not go on excursions with such a professional guide.
Very well done excursions in Kotka and Hamina.
The trip is organized very clearly in time, the bus stop time is always announced, and the time of the group's departure further. Vera answered all our questions (even stupid ones) in a way that the whole group understood, and what they didn’t understand she repeated again and “chewed” the information if necessary, especially with regard to crossing the border, passport and customs inspection. At the same time, she never showed discontent or irritation about "stupid" tourists.
Also, special thanks to our driver Anatoly (bus Bova455) for his professionalism and patience :)))
As always, 80% of a successful trip depends on the guide and the driver.
I really hope to go to Finland again with the guide Vera Lesish.
