Went through this travel agency for the second time! Guide Denisova Alina .. The impression of the trip was completely spoiled ... not only did the guide not even pay attention to the opinion of 24 people and the requests, she did not orient herself in mileage, she was generally lost in the cities she visited ... she took me out of the bus like dogs to the toilet strictly after 4 hours, the whole group remained hungry for another whole day in Munich (we only had breakfast at the hotel). At the request to contact the director and accept the complaint, the guide refused, I had to contact in my own way, via e-mail at the hotel. There were no night crossings in the program, but it turned out as many as 2. The rest was spoiled.
