The choice fell on this travel agency, because a year ago we flew from it to Tunisia, there were no problems.

The tour to Mexico was paid by us in full in the amount of 150,000 rubles for two 2.5 months before the date of departure (6.10.2013)!

The travel agency staff offered an excellent hotel option, which had to be paid in the near future in order to get to the early booking and a good promotion on the offer of the room. We paid 50% by credit card on the spot, immediately after choosing the tour. After 2 days, the hotel reservation was confirmed and payment of the remaining 50% was required. We also planned to pay with a credit card, in Tempura they refused this method of payment, saying that payment must be in cash, without explaining the reasons, which even then aroused the suspicion that they wanted to use our money for their own purposes.

Still, they paid in cash, took the passports for a visa (which they shouldn’t have done, because a visa is a one-time electronic permit from Mexico, which is not recorded in the passport), attributed it to a new employee of the company, which did not know about it.

After paying for the tour in full, there was not a single call from Temptur. We began to clarify by phone about the fate of our departure for 2 weeks. Calls were answered dryly, that calls must be made no earlier than a week in advance.

They called in a week, received an answer - come, pick up your passports, there is no information on the tour yet, it will probably be when you arrive. We arrived in Temptur 3 days before departure on 3.10.2013, handed over our passports, Mrs. Natalia Ivanova, who presented herself at that time as the director of Tempur, said that there were problems, which she would not explain, she was solving these problems. To our question: can we not fly away? We received an answer from her: God knows, I do everything I can.

She gave me a business card with her phone numbers and asked me to call her in the evening. In the evening, I answered the calls: I'm not in the office, I don't know anything yet, call me later. Around 10 pm, she said that the info would be only in the morning. At the same time, Mrs. Ivanova Natalya, with all her appearance made it clear that she was a very busy person and they bothered her over trifles, were rude, and hung up.

They called on 10/4/2013, her answer before lunch was: I'm not in the office, then her story began about the fact that she had problems with Transaero.

Only then (Alas and AH!) we read the reviews about Temptur on the net and realized that many stories (not numerous, as apparently some of them manage to be removed from various resources by this company) are similar to ours, and there are also those that were from the series "by coupons", and good reviews are clearly customized, as they do not contain any specific information.

We arrived at the office on 10/4/2013, met about 10 people, who also had flights on 10/5 and 6/2013 to Cyprus, Greece, Spain, etc.

, they, like us, were left without information about their tours. Mrs. Ivanova in the office told everyone a pitiful story that they wanted to set up her company, that the tax office ran into her, all accounts were blocked, all reservations were canceled, she was ready to return the money, but within 10 working days. We wrote to the office an application for a refund due to the lack of information about the reservation, tour, tickets. They made a copy there, which she signed, that she accepted it for consideration and payment.

We exchanged contacts with the affected tourists, for communication and joint actions, if this situation with returns within 10 days does not change in our favor.

I didn’t want to change my plans, the rest and this direction, Mexico, were really long-awaited for us, so we found the necessary amounts for the tour and started searching.

Temptur had to make an electronic entry permit to Mexico no earlier than 15 days before departure after confirming the reservation, they thought that there was no point in wasting time on another permit and getting a response. We requested these permissions from Natalia Ivanova, but did not receive a response, which indicates that no one booked the tour, we were specifically informed about the confirmation of the reservation so that we would pay the remaining 50% of the tour.

As a result, in a couple of days we found another tour through Transaerotour (excellent service, good guides, everything is at the highest level), thanks to honest and decent people. The hotel reservation was made even without prepayments, they made an electronic permit, flew to the same hotel, for the same number of days, for 10,000 rubles. cheaper than the amount of prepayment in Tempura 2.5 months before departure.

Throughout our holiday, Mrs. Ivanova Natalia, promised "just about" to transfer money to a card or pay it in cash, called dates, times.

On the map, as before, there were no receipts.

Upon arrival on October 22, 2013 (19 days after the application was written!) we went to the Temptur office, where Mrs. Ivanova was not there. She did not answer phone calls throughout the day. She answered after a couple of hours that she was ill and seemed to be transferring 15,000 of the total amount.

This story was specially described in detail with dates, the behavior of employees, so that tourists who want to book a tour with Tempur, even if they have already used their services, would choose a major tour operator directly, thus saving their nerves and time! And also, in order for such a case to be given out to all those interested in any contact information in search engines.

I would be grateful to everyone who faced similar situations with Temptur, as well as to all tourism specialists who can tell where and how best to write in order to return not only their money, but also compensation for moral damage. I would be grateful to everyone who is ready to make a report for TV and publish articles in the media.

The goal is not revenge, but rather the punishment of TempTour and Natalia Ivanova, who openly says that her company will continue to work as it has high-ranking patrons, and the main goal is to warn Temptur's potential clients.
