I chose a tour on the site, filled out the forms, sent a contract. I had to pay within 24 hours with a bank card on their website, and a day later they called from the agency and said that the price does not include the flight! although it was indicated on the website and in the contract that the price includes a flight, only the city where the flight was not included in the contract!
