A company that does not care about tourists, but only cares how to warm its pocket!!!!

Dear tourists! I express my subjective opinion about this particular tour operator. "PEGAS TOURISTIK" shows in all advertising and printed publications that it is one of the largest and "richest" companies in the Russian Federation, but I have not seen such an attitude towards tourists in any of the companies. We ordered vouchers for 4 to one hotel from 09 to 17.01 .11y. to Hurghada Egypt. Let's start with the fact that after choosing a hotel and confirming from the main office of Pegasus in Moscow + paying for vouchers, a day later, calls began to come from the tour company with apologies about the fact that there are no more rooms in THIS HOTEL, choose another one, after choosing the next hotel and waiting for a long time for confirmation, it arrives another call that there are no rooms in this hotel ....

After choosing the 4th hotel, they found a compromise (from the tour operator there were presentations for the choice of other hotels of a worse quality, and the vouchers were already paid and the money went to Moscow !!!!!).

The transfer to Domodedovo airport was carried out on our car (we drove 500 km) we left 10 hours before the scheduled departure. 5 hours before the flight and 300 km from Moscow, a call comes from the tour company that the flight was CANCELED TOUR FIRM PEGAS WITHOUT EXPLANATION, AND TRANSFERRED US TO ANOTHER FLIGHT WHICH DEPARTURES AFTER 14 HOURS (the flight was at 05.20 transfer to 14.00)!!!!

About 120 people from all regions of the Russian Federation gathered at the airport for our flight. The representative of PEGASA at the airport said that he was not in the know and complain wherever you want to him everything is fine!

When boarding the plane, there was another hitch: a representative of the Orenavia airline company was not aware that the plane was taking off and there was a hitch for another hour (people were already in the plane and sewage was still poured from it) ........

There are no questions about delivery to the hotel and resettlement, Irina met the hotel guide, etc., the next day, how did she PREVATE EXCURSIONS IT IS LOVELY EXPENSIVE TO WATCH!!!! "Paradise Island" for her is like from an advertisement for a bounty almost in the Bahamas (although a lot of sand and stones with a bungalow and a bar, and a dirty beach - all in cigarette butts). A sightseeing tour of the city is just lovely and completely free - in fact, this is transportation to the most expensive shops in Hurghada to carry YOU FOR MONEY, although all the goods are on the street 2-3 times cheaper, etc.

Guides Pegasus is just another story !!!!!!! Everyone has their own business of distributing tourists for money !!! Plus, Pegasus himself inserts into the tour a visit to the so-called "PAPYRUS FACTORY" AND "STONE FACTORY (ALIBASTER)" THERE YOU WILL BE BROUGHT FOR BIG MONEY ALTHOUGH THE SAME VASES, ETC. ON THE STREET FOR 5 DOLLARS.....

We took a trip to Luxor: !

visiting the Karnak temple, lunch on the banks of the Nile, visiting the Valley of the Pharaohs, Kolsov, and the Khochapsut Temple .... EVERYTHING IS GOOD AND BEAUTIFUL BUT, ATTENTION !!!!!!!!

THE WHOLE TRIP TO LUXOR YEAR WERE OWN TEA PL 10 DOLLARS PER KG. AND THE GUIDE WHICH SHOULD TAKE THROUGH THE TEMPLES SUGGESTED TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS THEN, SAYING ENOUGH TIME, SOLD SILVER JEWELRY FLOOR THE EXCURSION, GIVING ON THE PHOTO OF THE KARNAK TEMPLE 20 MINUTES .......

IN GENERAL, THE WHOLE EXCURSION IS TO GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU AND YOU WILL READ THE MEANING LOAD IN BOOKS!!!! HOUSES!!!!

DO YOU THINK THIS IS ALL?! NO!!!!

BEFORE LEAVING TO THE AIRPORT YOU WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE "SWEET FACTORY", NOTE IN QUOTATION MARKS NOT WITH SIMPLE, BUT AS YOU WITH PEGASS THEN WILL GIVE DISCOUNT CARDS OF A WHOLE 5 PERCENT!!!! SO THIS IS NOT A FACTORY BUT A BIG SHOP WITH AMAZING PRICES. AN EXAMPLE OF HIBIBE TEA IN STORES 11 POUNDS THEY HAVE 45 POUNDS!.....

GO WITH THIS COMPANY AND FEEL LIKE OLIGARCHES!!!!!
