Feedback on the work of Tez Tour. Unsatisfactory. I bought 2 vacation tickets in September in the office at the Park of Culture in Moscow. 1 - Dominican Republic, Punta Cana: the manager in Moscow did not warn us about the need to have cash with us, but it turned out that we had to pay for a visa at the airport - $10. I think this is unfair on the part of the ticket seller: I have "all inclusive", there might not have been any cash at all. Local Tez Tour representatives are optional, irresponsible. Mr. Alexei did not come to the hotel during his working hours, so we bought the excursion trip from the operator, whose representative we could find on the spot. On the evening before flying home, there was no information on the special board about the time of our departure from the hotel, so we had to guess whether they would come for us and at what time ... Mr. Alexei, whom we called very expensively, gave us no very clear answer, the connection was lost, he did not answer SMS.

2 - Italy, Rimini, Cattolica: the manager in Moscow did not warn us about the need to have 60 euros with us on the last day of the trip, but it turned out that we had to pay them for the daily accommodation tax + "final cleaning". The Club House hotel in Cattolica, having 4 stars, could claim no more than 2: we had nothing! of toiletries, even soap, in our room they never cleaned and did not take out the trash. For this, buying a 4-star hotel in Moscow, I was not prepared at all. The Italian representatives of the tour operator also did not differ in attentiveness and concern for tourists. Upon arrival at the airport, I barely had time to meet the girl so that she would tell where our car was (we were driving to a remote place, separate from most Russian tourists), she was going to leave. What is also important, several times I asked to specify when booking the need for two separate beds in the room.

Having found something else on the spot, she explained at the reception that it would be inconvenient for me and my grandmother to sleep together. No, they left us a room with one sofa! On the day before departure, I hardly got through on the phone - I got through to the girl responsible for our hotel. I also did not receive a detailed story about what I should pay for and why. In my opinion, most of the employees do not want to do their job in Tez Tour.
