We booked a tour to Turkey to the best hotel in the region for a family trip with children Barut HEMERA. BY EARLY BOOKING. At the time of negotiations and discussions, the tour cost UAH 53 thousand, a day later the cost increased to UAH 83 thousand. .... we agreed, because we really wanted to take the children and an elderly mother to the sea, the HOTEL, as we were informed, confirmed and everything is fine, the documents were signed, the contract was handed to us, the reservation was confirmed.
It was the 20th of February, the tour is on the 4th of MAY 2021. Tour paid for. After 1.5 months I ask if everything is OK - the answer is NO, it turns out there are NO places in the hotel and we are offered to return the money WITHOUT FINE (I am shocked by such nobility), as the second option is another hotel of the same chain, which is WORSE, but not better ours!!! Moreover, the hotel is worse for children and for the elderly (since there is no garden and everything for which we wanted to go there).
I immediately contacted the hotel as I was in shock and could not believe that the Barut chain was capable of this! The answer of the hotel put everything in its place. TUI STAFF sent our booking ONE MONTH after we booked the tour, so it makes sense that all the rooms were sold out by this point. Who exactly screwed up TUI in Ukraine or TUI in Turkey does not interest me. As a customer, I am angry and disappointed.
The expensive tour was confirmed but didn't bother to hand it over to the hotel in time.
As an apology and an attempt to resolve the situation, they offered a WORSE hotel for the same money, without a discount and AT THE PRICE OF NO EARLY BOOKING. Precious time was wasted. As the second option, they said they would return the money without a fine, I would fine you yourself for ruining the vacation for my family!
They took the money, the tour was purchased from another company. I will never recommend you to anyone and write reviews everywhere.
