The travel agency was recommended by a friend. I was not disappointed that I went there. Easy to get to, the office is within walking distance from the metro. Welcoming, friendly staff. Manager Natalia listened to my wishes and thanks to her efforts, I got the rest I wanted. All documents were completed on time. Upon receipt of the package of documents for the flight and hotel accommodation, everything was explained to me in detail and all questions were politely answered. Worthy job! Thank you!
