The tour bought the Sea Shell Resort 5+ hotel in Turkey from 05/19/18 to 05/28/18 for 2 families 4 Adults and 2 children from the tour operator "INTOURIST" in the company "Travel63" Samara. The tour was paid in full 157 tr. back in January by early booking. 05/19/18 at 19:00 arrived in Turkey because the flight was delayed for 3.5 hours. We were met by a man with our last name printed on a piece of paper and put into a simple white minibus without branded stickers. We were taken to the hotel closer to 20:00 because the driver strayed and asked local passers-by where our hotel was located. At the hotel, we gave vouchers and we were settled in the rooms. But at 22:00 we were approached by 3 representatives of the company "INTOURIST" (she is a girl and two men), took two ombals with badges to see with them for more intimidation and rudely began to kick us out of the hotel, referring to the fact that we were scammers and settled on a fake voucher, after they began to contact Ch. office in Moscow and they said that only the air flight was paid for.

After long negotiations between us, 3 representatives, the office in Moscow and the office in Samara (which was unavailable), we were asked to deposit $100 per room per night or go outside, which we could not do because there were two of us children. Having paid 200 bucks, having written a receipt with the registration of the hotel administrator, we stayed until the morning in this hotel. In the morning, having demanded a check for payment of $ 200, the hotel administration immediately forgot how to speak Russian. By about 10:00 in the morning, we were able to find out in the tour company "Travel63" that we were settled in the wrong hotel. It turns out that the Kamelya Slem hotel was booked, where we went on our own. There, upon arrival, we were settled and we rested our remaining 8 days with a bitter sediment. We didn’t begin to find out why it happened in Turkey, because on the first night we spent 3t on cellular communications. R. Representatives of "INTOURIST" no longer contacted us, no one apologized.

We met such a disregard for the first time. Arriving from Samara, by the way, again with a delay of 2 hours, here special thanks to the ATLAS GLOBAL air company, we wrote a claim to the INTURIST company with a request for a refund of 200 bucks and compensation for the mob. communication and taxi, but so far no answer.
