Good afternoon! I contacted this company for the first time, because. it is located near the house. Phoned the manager, drove up. The manager Anna is a very nice girl. Feels like he's doing what he loves. I have no complaints about her ... The point is different. When choosing a tour to Spain, on the site, at first they found one amount for "all inclusive" ... While I was walking, I withdrew money from an ATM, the amount changed. Naturally, it got bigger. Anna phoned the tour operator, it turned out that there was a technical error. The site showed the wrong amount. agreed to another. True, already for breakfast and dinner. I bought a tour to the 3 * hotel "Villa Garbi". Arriving home, I looked at the reviews of tourists. Turned out to be a two, not a three. There is no TV or refrigerator in the room. Today, 27.08., I called the travel agency to find out why this happened. And what do you think? Again a technical error... This is a pure deception of customers!!! Thank you for the lesson!!! Next time I will look at customer reviews of travel agencies before buying a tour.
