Travel agency: (St. Petersburg) Service type: пакетный тур |
This company is one of the agents from BiblioGlobus, and as I understand it, this is the company Sletat.ru.
The office where I made the contract is located on the street. Vostaniya d.7, office. 206.
The agent who executed the contract for me and corresponded with me: Esipova Alina.
But I found them through the site http://bezoblaka.ru Tour Agency Bezoblaka
My tour on June 05-19 to the Crimea in two cities of Sudak and Yalta for a week in each. 3 adults (I am a man and my parents and 1 child is a girl of 7 years old)
I only had a few conditions
1. 3 adults and one child aged 7 sharing 2 and 2 (separate beds), 3 and 1 or all together.
2. two cities of Sudak and Yalta; inclusion of breakfasts and dinners in the accommodation (I immediately refused lunches, because I assumed that at that time we would be either on excursions or at sea, which means we will eat ourselves and there is no point in paying for food at the hotel if you are unlikely to use it)
3. departure hours at 9:00-10:00 for this added for 1500 rubles. departure time selection function.
transfer to hotels and to the airport and necessarily from hotel to hotel (that is, from one city to another)
Well, now it's gone:
1. I myself chose the hotel in Sudak "Diva" http://divasudak.ru and offered accommodation options for everyone together in a two-room 3-bed room with a sofa bed (although I did not like it) and the option of a 3-bed room and one 2-bed room. (the hotel does not have 2-bed rooms with separate beds in all rooms there is a large double bed). At first, option 3 and 1 were chosen, but since we had problems finding a hotel in Yalta, when we had already decided there with a choice in a friend in Diva, the option changed to two 2-bed rooms, to which I said that there were no separate beds. And the agent assured me that there are rooms with 2 beds and we will get it. As a result, there are no such rooms there and my niece (a girl of 7 years old) slept in my parents' room with them on the same bed, since the beds are really very large.
Thank God that in Yalta with the same accommodation there are two 2-bed rooms in both of them there were 2 beds.
Agents lie and don't blush.
2. Everything is fine in Sudak, both breakfasts and dinners. But in Yalta it turned out like this, the first hotel that we chose did not provide dinners as included, they have a restaurant there in the evening for everyone and not just for hotel guests. and the tour was written only breakfast. But unfortunately that hotel was not given to us, and then when we had already made a choice, the agent also told me that there were no dinners there, although in fact everything is there, but only for each dinner per person I would have to pay 600 rubles, when in Peter when booking it would cost 200 rubles per person. In Yalta, we did not pay for dinner, but took a taxi to the center and ate in a cafe. It turned out cheaper. But the fact of spending on a taxi is very upsetting.
3. Having received the documents 4 days before departure, I found that we were leaving at 1:20. The function of choosing the time of departure disappeared from the tour somewhere and I had to put up with it.
Arriving there, I saw that there are planes from St. Petersburg arriving at 12 o'clock, which means that they took off as I wanted at 9:00. We flew out of Simferopol at 6:00, and the bus (transfer) picked us up at 2:15 (it takes 2 hours to get to Simferopol). It was hard for me and all my relatives. In general, again, the agent’s inattention led to the fact that we could not fly out at a convenient time for us.
4. There was a transfer from the airport to the Sudak hotel and from the second hotel in Yalta to the airport. But we didn’t have a transfer from Sudak to Yalta, since the agent said that there was no such function. On the spot at the hotel guide, I found out that the library globe provides such a service and it would cost us 1,500 rubles when registering in St. Petersburg, and so we paid 3,500 rubles for a taxi.
About Agents:
The agent does not define your goals and does not satisfy your wishes. He does everything to make him comfortable. Doesn't listen when you speak. Nothing is checked if changes are made.
And most importantly, he doesn’t know anything about how things are at the place where you are going, and at the same time, the worst thing is, he brazenly lies and convinces you that everything will be as you want.
Yes, it is difficult to please everyone, but after the vacation, I clearly understand that all my 4 points voiced at the very beginning could be fulfilled. I say this because everything was explained on the spot and it turned out that everything could have been done by my agent back in St. Petersburg.
For the creators of the site: they suddenly read
In the area column (above), add St. Petersburg to the Northwestern region. Since this is a separate Subject of the Russian Federation, and not a city in the Leningrad Region.
