I have traveled twice with this company. This was enough to understand their fraudulent tricks. Managers of the Miracle company act according to a proven scheme.
The first trick: after signing the contract, shortly before departure, tickets are issued that do not correspond to the declared ones: with inhuman connections, 40 minutes or 8 hours. Instead of the promised hotels along the 4-5-star route, 3-star or just guest houses turn out to be in place. So, in Sri Lanka, bedbugs were found in a hotel during a promotional tour!
The second trick: there is a substitution of the local guide, who was announced under the terms of the tour. Local guides (Cambodia, Sri Lanka) can hardly connect two words in Russian. Maximum: a toilet, a market, a shop... There is no question at all about the information content of excursions. If there are complaints about the quality of the guide's work, then a "seemingly sudden" replacement of the guide becomes a convenient excuse.
When drawing up a contract, managers deliberately hide the true information from the customer - they just want to get the money as soon as possible, but there is no responsibility. Manager Irina Doronina is especially distinguished by this.
I really do not recommend doing business with this company.
