1. I found out about the travel agency by accident, looking for a cheaper tour. The site is beautiful, cute, the style is very well chosen. Corresponds to the name.
2. The office is located in the very heart of Moscow, next to the metro. In early autumn it was especially beautiful in that area :) From the metro 3 minutes on foot, the main thing is not to get lost and enter the right yard. The office itself is small, but very cozy, expensive and beautifully decorated.
3. The CEO herself worked with me. A very sweet woman. Everything is detailed, clear and very friendly. She patiently and kindly answered all my letters and calls with a million questions.
4. The problem arose immediately. All my money was on the card, and I came almost at 8 pm, just when the company closes. Fortunately, my ATM was 20 minutes walk and Diana kindly agreed to stay at work, wait for me for 40 minutes and stay to arrange everything.
5. My trip will take place only on January 6th.
At first I was worried, because I paid such a lot of money to an unknown company. I just received a foreign passport and have not yet flown anywhere and have not traveled through travel agencies. I was alarmed by the fact that there is not a single review, not a single rating. I found my tour operator in the contract, through which we chose our tour (2 months later I thought of looking there), it turned out to be Biblio-Globus, which, by the way, my colleagues at work praise. I called Biblio-Globus, explained that I just wanted to check. And everything was confirmed to me. Everything is paid, everything is arranged, everything is as it should be! Now I am calm. And I am writing this review for people who can also worry like me. And I’ll also say that my trip for the Christmas holidays to Thailand for two turned out to be cheaper by about 10 thousand than everywhere else. As I understand it, everything was done honestly by the agency, now it's up to the tour operator. I think next time I'll go here.
