If you want to be forgotten about after the sale of the tour, to spend a lot of time and nerves before the trip, then you should contact the travel agent Ambitour on Novoslobodskaya. They have one goal - to sell the tour under any pretext, after which they forget about the client, even at the moment when they must provide documents for departure, if you don’t remind yourself of yourself. I thought that travel agents simplify the procedure for preparing and implementing a trip, however, in the case of Ambitour, the opposite is true. In fact, Ambitour are simple resellers who are not professionals in the tourism field. If you need advice, help, support, support, selection, you are not here.
My manager Diana Obraztsova did not hesitate to answer me after the sale of the tour - I did not read your letters and I do not have time for you. Diana forgot about all her promises to clarify various questions that interest me about the tour after it was sold.
The story that her colleague was at the hotel turned out to be fiction to sell the tour. As it turned out later, Diana was not even aware of what the flight specification service was, offering and selling it, providing different information before and after the sale. As a result, I found out and searched for absolutely all the information I needed myself or found out directly through Intourist, where Diana sent me, instead of doing my own work. And the fact that Diana was able to provide, for example, information about sunbeds and Wi-Fi in the hotel, turned out to be unreliable.
Also, I was not able to contact a single higher-ranking employee or service that controls Diana's work and is able to help me. There is no complaint book with the current expiration date in the office on Novoslobodskaya.
The managers selling the tour have no connection with anyone, neither with the tour operator from whom they purchase the tour, nor with the legal department to answer questions about the contract, there are no senior managers. They do not even have the authority to call living people and clarify any points. All they have is access to tour operator booking programs and info from there.
Pay attention to their contract, which states that the Customer has the right to demand that additional living conditions be reflected in the Application when processing documents (floor, quiet room, condition of plumbing, separate beds, etc.). It was this point that was important to me - the possibility of clarifying the accommodation, since I was flying with a child. Further, the Agreement states that if the conditions (there are a lot of them, everything is detailed) are not specified in the application in the contract, it will be impossible to guarantee the required accommodation by a travel agent.
At Ambitur, when signing the contract, this clause is deliberately not voiced, misinformed that this is impossible, and if you sign the contract without registering these conditions, it will be impossible to fix anything. I fell for this bait, trusting and not reading the Contract. Diana said that it is possible to indicate comments on accommodation, for example, windows not on the noisy side, only when sending a request to the hotel, which, as it turned out, does not pay attention to these comments. And since this was not prescribed for me in the contract, when I ended up in a hotel where there are 222 completely different standard rooms, I, being sent by a "friend and assistant" from Intourist (Ambitur bought my tour from him), for 6 hours I tried to find in the hotel on my own the manager responsible for resettlement, and then persuade him to provide rooms to choose from, because.
living with a child in front of a noisy pool with music for 2 weeks was not possible for me. Everyone on our bus was in the same situation. The huge hotel doesn't care, they settle randomly. And guides from tour companies, apparently, do not want to do their job and just pick up each client, or at least help to pick up something similar to what they want. Therefore, the clause on specifying additional living conditions is silent everywhere, despite the fact that this is prescribed in the laws of the Russian Federation on tourism activities (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 18, 2007 No. 452 “On approval of the rules for the provision of services for the sale of a tourist product”).
By the way, they are also silent about the need to provide an air ticket a day before the flight. It was important for me to conduct online registration. However, even here the law is not the decree of Ambitour. There is no ticket and that's it, call to clarify, there is no one and it is impossible.
You call Intourist, they send you to Ambitour, because agreement with them. As a result, the ticket number was provided the day before, it turned out to be incorrect (not from the airline, but from the tour operator) and registration failed. They also promised to prescribe special food, but already on board it turned out that this was not done in Ambitura.
