I welcome everyone. This is the first time I'm writing a review for a travel company.
We bought our ticket at the end of March in installments for three months - undoubtedly a very big plus for Aneks.
The flights were on time, no delays.
Plane - KatekAvia (from Rostov-on-Don), the cabin is tired, food on the plane is C grade.
Meeting and transfer - earlier, while going to the hotel, you could hear a mini story about the country you arrived in, about your hotel. Now the guide counts people, finds out who is in which hotel and silently sits down in his place, back is about the same, only they give him to fill out a questionnaire.
Check-in - they don't help with check-in, they bring you to the hotel and leave.
hotel guide - everything is fine here, info meeting, advertising of all excursions for the top five!
Excursions - but the excursions themselves - here, so to speak, about sore, they bought a Jeep safari and Pammukale.
Jeep Safari - we were promised a Russian-speaking guide and a Russian group, in the end there is no guide and a group of Germans .. I think there is nothing more to tell.
Pammukale - we were promised breakfast, lunch, dinner - departure at 4 am, arrival at 10 pm. The result - we left at 3 am, returned at 7 pm, there was no dinner, the guide was very boring, everyone was sleeping on the bus all the time.
I will not take more excursions from Anex - this is 100%!
