We bought a ticket at the office on Vladimirskaya. The hotel did not meet our requirements: we went to the beach by bus, although the manager did not notify us about this ... We found out about this when we came home from the travel agency. We wanted to buy another tour from them, but they said that a 100% fine if we refuse to fly. The manager basically turned us down. I do not recommend this tour company.
