And, alas, my situation has changed and I had to hand over the tour, or rather the agent Ulyana explained to me that I need to write an application with a request to cancel the tour, I sent the sample to my personal mail, I wrote the application and handed it over to the agency (within the previously agreed period! ). After the promised 10 days, they told me that the money had not yet returned from India, so they dynamized for a long time and hard, and on December 17 the legend changed, they cannot return the money because the terminal does not work for them and so on until the end of December !!!
