On vacation with Elita Travel and Vedi Tour

I chose a tour operator, settled on Vedi Tour Group. I looked through which travel agencies they work, for the convenience of the location, Elita Travel suited me, on Lenina, 20. We agreed with the manager Yana on the phone on Saturday, she worked with us for 5 hours, from 12:00 to 17:00 :)) But they immediately picked up a good hotel, a convenient time for arrival and departure, and an excursion package. Everything was organized wonderfully: the visa was made in advance, the entire package of documents was issued a week before departure. It was my first trip to Europe, so I didn't want any overlaps, failures and problems. But everything turned out great! Meeting at the airport in Prague, where we were immediately handed a Vodofone SIM card, transport tickets, a map of Prague, a full schedule of excursions and a detailed guide with detailed tips for various situations and answers to frequently asked questions from tourists.

We settled in the Meteor Plaza 4 * hotel, which is located in the center of Prague, near the Powder Tower. The place is wonderful! Any meeting point with a guide and, in general, any place in historical Prague can be reached on foot in 5-25 minutes. And the Palladium and Kotva shopping centers are located almost opposite the hotel, on Republic Square. What else can be noted: all the excursions took place, always on time, the guides are cool. Trips to Vienna, Dresden, Cesky Krumlov were very well organized. All transfers without delay. We had a couple of non-standard situations, they called Yana in Yekaterinburg, to the Prague representative office of Vedi, they helped, they did everything. In general, thanks to Yana and Vedi Tour, the vacation turned out to be wonderful!
