In general, they were satisfied with their stay. Very dissatisfied with the tour operator. Especially the representative office on the island. Hotel guide Olga. A recklessly irresponsible girl, she was at least 15 minutes late for all appointments, didn’t show up for one at all (waited for her for 40 minutes,) always came with a child who constantly distracted her. I couldn’t really say anything about useful and interesting places that should be visited within our locality (we rested in the town of Sa Coma). Of the 3 excursions that we bought, only one went without problems (she simply did not sign us up for the last excursion, when the bus arrived, which was supposed to pick us up, the driver at first refused to put us on, then the tour guide Vlad solved all the problems, although this was not his task). The second hotel guide Oleg saw only once.

I would like to express a separate "fi" about the organization of the collection for excursions and transfer to the airport. We lived in the eastern part of the island, in the town of Sa Coma. When buying the first excursion, we were told that we would be taken to the main sightseeing bus by another vehicle, and perhaps there would be no Russian-speaking guide, but there would definitely be a sign with the name of the tour operator. Nothing like this! No guide, no signs, the driver does not understand English, only one of the 5 people in the bus spoke Russian (Poles were included in the tour group). Later it turned out that tourists vacationing in the eastern part of the island are not supposed to have a Russian-speaking guide at all.

The only thing for which there are no complaints is the organization of the excursions themselves, and their conduct.
