The manager Tsarkova Karolina is completely incompetent in choosing hotels, she does not know anything about the hotels in Eilat, does not know their location, but at the same time she gives recommendations that are completely untrue, with her incompetent actions she completely ruined our vacation. In order not to be unfounded, I will give a few masterpieces, the so-called tour manager: 1. The Dead Sea is located at a distance of 600 km from Eilat - (the length of Israel is 550 km) to travel from Eilat to the Dead Sea is just over 2 hours; the air temperature in the Dead Sea is 80 degrees Celsius, I clarified this with Carolina with great bewilderment.
(the boiling point of water is 100 degrees, this does not bother the tour manager at all and she begins to explain that the temperature there feels like 35 degrees); The Dead Sea is a muddy salt puddle (rest on the Dead Sea gave everyone untold pleasure, a unique resort), etc. I would like to give advice to the management, give the tour managers at least read something about the countries that they represent to tourists, so that they didn't look so ignorant.
