We rested in a 4 * hotel in Side (Turkey) with my wife and child.
The agency worked flawlessly. All travel documents were submitted on time. The operator had problems with charter flights (the well-known Vim-Avia). On the way back, the local host "scheduled us to leave" 6 hours earlier than the actual one, which would mean 6 hours of sitting at the airport. With the help of the girls from the agency, there was assistance along the chain of the tour operator - the local side, as a result of which the transfer was scheduled at a normal time. For which I thank them very much, I hope to rest with their help in the future.
