Carefully!!!! Dangerously!!!! Thieves and rogues!

I travel a lot, and I had to deal with a lot of companies, but Natalie Tour is a hell of a hell!!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone! Precisely deceivers and adventurers, impudent and ill-mannered! I can't describe the work of this company in any other way! We bought a trip to Goa through them. I chose a hotel for a long time and it turned out that I can get to it on the right dates only with the Natalie tour. like a big company, after reading the reviews, I, of course, pricked up my ears, but I took a chance on my own head !!! On 11/22/16 we booked a tour, on 11/23/16 Natalie sent a confirmation, and we were told urgently, within 2 hours, to pay the entire cost of the tour. My husband took time off from work to pay.

The long-awaited day of departure has come, and on the way to the airport they call us and say that we will not live in the hotel I have chosen, and without options we will live in a completely different hotel (later we found out that it absolutely did not meet our wishes and that price , which we paid), moreover, we were deceived by its location, and it was important for us to live near the beach. The hotel was located in the center of a bustling town, instead of the beach, a 40-minute walk to the sea! And the most interesting thing began upon arrival, we were settled in a terrible hotel in the middle of heaps of garbage, instead of the noise of the sea, we heard only the deafening noise of cars, signals and screams. Naturally, we did not accept the situation, and called Natalie's hotline, where we were simply sent. Their guides said that it was not their problem and no longer contacted us and did not meet, although we asked them to meet, as we needed their help. In general, they left us to the mercy of fate!

We independently searched for another, more livable, housing, spent 2 days of rest on this, none of Natalia even deigned to help us with anything at all !!! And HERE we find out that the hotel I chose, on the same day, REJECTED Natalie, when they sent us a confirmation!!!! How can this be?!!! It's a complete scam all around!! We were simply deceived, despite the fact that the hotel reservation was denied, they took the money so brazenly and already initially knew that they would set us up, rogues and liars! So, dear tourists !!! Never mess with a cheap one like NatalieTours! I wouldn't be surprised if these crooks go bankrupt soon! And now we have a trial with these thieves! Burn them in hell!
